After about a month of non-stop reminding from my two daughters, we finally watched the High School Musical Ice Tour at the Araneta Coliseum here in the Philippines. The kids enjoyed it but were also a bit frustrated to find out that the actual actors were not the ones performing on ice. To appease them in their frustration, I just told them that maybe the actual actors don’t know how to do ice-skating.
Probably out of coincidence, I finally got my Adsense PIN 2 days after I rambled about the slow service of the Philippine Postal Corporation. Funny thing is that this is re-send of my PIN which means that the first PIN mailer sent to me by Adsense is more or less lost somewhere.

Seeing a star explode in the sky is something that not all humans will see in their lifetime. Sometimes, a star explodes so bright that it can be seen even during the day but sometimes it explodes just bright enough to be seen with the naked eye. One such Nova explosion occurred last July 5 2007 but sadly no-one noticed it. The star, now called V598 Puppis which can be found in the constellation Puppis is a white-dwarf star that gathered enough gas to cause an explosion.
No, I’m not for higher gas prices but I just read this article that says that traffic deaths have been reduced as a result of higher gas prices. It does make sense don’t you think?
People think of ways to make money just about everyday and a few end up building a business around their ideas. One of these few is Scour. What they did is merge the search results of Google, Yahoo and MSN into one single “search page”, allowed its users to post comments for each search result and a few other cool features to it.

I’ve just read this over at Livescience.com and I found it to be quite interesting. The Garra Rufa fish also known as Doctor Fish or Nibble Fish is fast becoming a staple in foot spas worldwide especially in Turkey and in some Asian countries. I’ve yet to see one here in the Philippines though. I’m sure there’s a spa here that offers the service.
I don’t understand why 2 mails sent by Google which contains my Adsense pin has not arrived yet. They should have arrived on my doorstep months ago but still there’s none. I called our local post office and they told me that they have not received no mail for me from Google. I asked them who I should call about it and they advised me to contact the Pasay Central Office.
The Dark Knight has finally arrived on the big screens here in the Philippines and I watched it on the first day so I can write this review before the movie goes stale. Here goes…
